The Registered office of the company has been located at 702, Arunachal Building, 19, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001.
The Authorised Capital of the Company is Rs. 120,000,000/- (Rupees Twelve
Crores Only) divided into12,000,000 ( One Crore Twenty Lakhs) Equity Shares
of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each ranking pari passu with the existing shares
in the company.
The Company is Listed at Bombay Stock Exchange.
Presently, the Company is managed by board of directors comprising of
One Executive Director, Two Independent Non-Executive Directors and One
Non-Independent Non-Executive Women Director .The Board of Directors has
